Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following UPS shipping options within the United States:

• UPS Ground – Economical, reliable delivery (typically 1–5 business days, depending on your location).
• UPS 2nd Day Air® – Guaranteed delivery within 2 business days for faster service.

Order Processing Time

• Each copper pipe boot is made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for fabrication before shipping.
• Orders placed after 05:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
• You will see all available shipping options and prices before completing your purchase.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
