   All product details and pricing are current at the time listed but may change without prior notice. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.
2. Order Acceptance
   Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You’ll receive a confirmation email once order is accepted; this email is not confirmation of acceptance—but payment processing is.
3. Returns & Refunds

4. Shipping & Delivery
   Shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we strive to meet these estimates, we’re not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.
5. Limitation of Liability
   FlashPro Supply is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from use of our products or site. Your sole remedy is product replacement or purchase price refund.

   These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama without regard to conflict of laws principles.
